PowerBI Developer: Contractor

- Design, develop, and test dashboards and analytics visualizations with advanced functionality and user experience in Power BI
- Ensure the requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable, unambiguous, and capable of being implemented and tested
- Work with the project manager and the business customer(s) to define requirements, key stakeholders, conflict resolution procedures, and the team structure
- Ensure change control and change management procedures are followed within the project team as they relate to requirements
- • Assess change requests related to requirements to assess overall impact on PowerBI development
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience: 7 years of experience in business analysis / process improvement or related field. Finance or Financial Planning and Analysis experienced preferred
- Core Skills: Strong communication skills; Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; mindset of “own it all the way through solution”;
- Functional Skills: Excellent presentation and documentation skills; Proficient in data query languages, specifically SQL
- Tools:
- 5+ years hands-on Microsoft Power BI experience required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Good working knowledge of Data Visualization tools;
